Why we exist

Institutional healthcare environments face unique challenges. Provider shortages, growing behavioral health demands, transportation risks, chronic disease management, and increasing regulatory expectations can place significant strain on facility operations. MedCall was created to bridge these gaps by providing timely access to healthcare professionals, advanced diagnostic technology, and coordinated clinical oversight that supports both patient care and institutional objectives.

The MedCall difference

Reduce Costs

By providing healthcare services remotely and expanding access to specialists, MedCall helps facilities reduce unnecessary emergency utilization and healthcare-related operational expenses.

Reduce Transportation Risk

Many healthcare needs can be evaluated and managed on-site through telehealth and advanced diagnostics, helping facilities reduce transportation costs, security concerns, and scheduling delays.

Strengthen Chronic Care Management

Structured chronic disease programs help facilities proactively manage diabetes, hypertension, asthma, cardiovascular disease, and other long-term health conditions before they escalate into emergencies.
